Namibia is a land of stunning contrasts, where arid deserts, lush savannas, and rugged coastlines come together to create an unforgettable adventure. The dry season brings wildlife viewing at its peak, while the towering red sand dunes of Sossusvlei, the surreal landscape of Deadvlei, and the eerie Skeleton Coast define Namibia’s unique beauty. The Namib desert, home to the world’s oldest desert, invites visitors to explore its ancient landscapes, while the Skeleton Coast offers a glimpse into the country’s maritime history. For wildlife enthusiasts, Etosha National Park is a must-visit, renowned for its abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, and the rare black rhino. For a deep cultural immersion, interactions with the Himba and Herero people provide insights into their traditional lifestyles. From soaring over the desert in a hot air balloon to stargazing under some of the world’s darkest skies, Namibia promises an immersive experience that captivates every traveller.

Set in the northwest of Namibia, the Skeleton Coast is considered one of the harshest and most inhospitable environments in Africa. The landscape is hauntingly beautiful, comprised of shifting sand dunes, treacherous seas and rocky landscapes. The fog rolling off the sea and notorious strong currents have seen the demise of many ships over the years and the many shipwrecks and whale carcasses are what remains today.
Our Africa specialist, Felix has over 20 years of experience selling Africa holidays, so you can be assured you will be in the best hands when planning your trip. He will look after you start to finish using his expert knowledge to give you a holiday to remember.
Felix has over 20 years experience designing trips to Africa and has travelled to many far-flung regions in the continent; visiting at least twice a year since his career began.
