The Tulli Block is a narrow slice of land at Botswana’s Eastern border. Mashatu Lodge is situated in the depths of Tulli – it is a perfect family-friendly lodge with 14 luxury suites, many able to cater to children but also a great place to stay for couples. The huge black and white prints of Africa’s most beautiful animals adorn each suite beautifully. Head out for a day of cycling, horseback safari or perhaps just a traditional game drive. If you would prefer to stay in the lodge and relax by the idyllic pool then you may also spot elephants splashing in the waterhole which sits directly in front of the camp. There is a discovery room, which is in essence an interesting museum holding some of the region’s fascinating artefacts. In the evenings, the lodge puts on local Boma evenings and bush dinners in the wilderness.
Staying on the Chobe Princess will guarantee an incredible experience for those wanting to be at one with nature.
