Henry founded True Travel in 2013 and has been lucky enough to travel to over 60 countries around the world; visiting many of the best hotels and making life-long friends along the way. Henry’s meticulous attention to detail is now focused on growing the business whilst pushing the team to constantly improve everything that we deliver.
Graeme’s journey into travel started over 20 years ago, on a gap year spent travelling around India and Southeast Asia. His love of travel remains as strong to this day, with Asia particularly close to his heart as is North America where lived for over 5 years in Boston. Graeme is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and firmly believes in the importance of sustainable travel. From the Sahara desert to the Himalayas, recent travels are now closer to home and centred around his young family.
Molly has been part of True Travel since its early days, evolving alongside the company’s growth. In her current role, she offers discerning private clients a single, unwavering point of contact and expert guidance across our global portfolio. Building on her operational background and extensive firsthand travel experience, Molly is passionate about understanding each client’s unique preferences and collaborating with our designers to craft journeys that inspire and enrich. She also manages advisor relationships on the B2B side, ensuring both new and existing partners benefit from her thorough knowledge and keen attention to detail. Molly’s priority is to ensure True Travel creates seamless, memorable experiences for every traveller.
Pete has been working in the luxury travel industry for over 15 years and has spent the vast majority of that time creating extraordinary trips all across the Asia Pacific region. His travels range from Japan and New Zealand, to India and Antarctica; so he has a wealth of far reaching first hand experience to draw on when crafting itineraries.
Alice grew up in Northern Ireland, and her love for travel has taken her to many corners of the world. Having lived and worked in France, she developed a passion for creating meaningful, tailored experiences for others. When she’s not in London, you’ll often find her soaking up the sun in Mallorca, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean way of life. With a keen eye for detail, Alice ensures every experience elevates each itinerary. Her work continues to evolve, blending her diverse experience to create memorable and personalised adventures for every client.
Andy has spent more than 10 years working in travel, marketing some of the UK’s most recognisable holiday brands. A keen skier, he enjoys seeing the world with a sense of adventure. Harnessing his background in digital and data, Andy’s mission is to help True Travel get recognised as the best tour operator in luxury travel.
Having moved to the French Alps at the tender age of 10 and immersing herself in the local culture and language, Annabel developed a deep passion for travel and authentic experiences. Her love for discovering new destinations, connecting with locals, and creating unforgettable memories is at the heart of her approach to travel planning.
Emily has been using her fastidious organisation skills to seek the road less travelled for the last 5 years. Having fine tuned her expertise as a Travel Tailor first, Emily now designs trips across Europe. From the intricacies of salmon fishing in Scotland to the differences of islands in Greece, her expertise is ever expanding.
Evie has lived in Argentina and travelled countless times throughout Central and South America; acquiring a particular love for wildlife, epic scenery and endless outdoors adventures. Her geographical and cultural knowledge is second-to-none and Evie loves curating highly intricate trips to her favourite part of the world.
An Italian native who first started travelling at 16 before going on to study tourism and business when he moved to the UK. Giovanni has spent the last 7 years selling luxury villas and tailor-made holidays and joined True Travel’s Europe team to bolster the team’s experience.
Henry is a passionate explorer of both cities and nature, is always active enjoys spending his free time discovering new areas, trying unique cuisines, and finding hidden gems locally and on his travels.
After traveling through a lot of of Europe throughout her childhood and year living and working in Australia and travelling around Southeast Asia, Josie brings her sense of adventure and appreciation for true authentic travel to her Travel Tailor role.
Kieran grew up in Hong Kong, where he discovered his passion for exploring the mix of cultures inspired by its unique blend of East and West. His early travels included backpacking through South America and teaching skiing in Whistler. He has built expertise in luxury travel, working for operators based in both Asia and the UK, created some truly memorable trips.
After studying Geography at Oxford, Liberty was able to pursue her passion for travel with roles that took her from the ski resorts of the French Alps to gorilla trekking in East Africa, road tripping through Europe and even searching for snow leopards in Ladakh. For her, travel is about enjoying a unique perspective on the world, getting off the beaten track and really connecting with a destination. She’s always been inspired by the world around her and loves to share that passion through ensuring the creation of unforgettable trips for our True Travel clients.
Lottie has had a passion for travel, even from a young age and has been lucky enough to travel around the world. Visiting different destinations and getting exposure to different cultures has pushed her out of my comfort zone and helped her to appreciate local, authentic experiences. Taking these experiences, Lottie aims to make a difference to her client’s holidays as a Trip Tailor.
Michaela started her travel journey with a trip around the world in 2010, curated completely on her own. Originally from Vancouver, she moved to the UK in 2015 and created another new world herself from scratch. Led by ambition and curiosity, she’s been able to build her financial career around her passions.
Naomi’s passion for travel was born from her love (and mild obsession) with all things USA. With a degree in American Studies, and after a year living in Los Angeles, she began a career in luxury travel, producing content to inspire all and future travellers.
Liv began her career living and volunteering in South Africa, Chile and Peru. After falling in love with the vast array of landscapes, wildlife and cultures she returned to the UK excited to share her experiences. At True Travel Liv is able to merge her scrupulous approach to trip tailoring with conscious travel.
Felix has over 17 years experience designing trips to Africa and has travelled to many far-flung regions in the continent; visiting at least twice a year since his career began. He has regularly been to the prime safari locations in East and Southern Africa, as well as more diverse destinations including Ethiopia and Madagascar.
