Itinerary
New Zealand: North to South Island 14 days
14 days
New Zealand North to South
Fourteen days bring together New Zealand’s vineyards, lakes and mountains, with plenty of time to experience the country outdoors. Start in Auckland and Waiheke Island before heading south to Taupō, where volcanic landscapes and clear waters set the scene for days on and around the lake. Hawke’s Bay brings a slower rhythm, with vineyards and a glimpse into rural life. Further south, the coast around Palliser Bay feels wonderfully remote, with walks, cycling and time outdoors. The journey ends around Queenstown and Glenorchy, where the Routeburn Track, Dart River and Shotover River provide a fitting finale among the mountains and glacial valleys.
