Graeme’s journey into travel began over 20 years ago with a gap year spent exploring India and Southeast Asia. His passion for discovering the world remains as strong today, with Asia holding a special place in his heart, alongside North America, where he lived for more than five years. Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and service, and a firm believer in the importance of sustainable travel, Graeme is committed to ensuring every journey is as meaningful as it is memorable. Having travelled everywhere from the Sahara Desert to the Himalayas, his adventures these days are a little closer to home, seeing the world through the eyes of his young family.

Pete Trangmar
Pete's career in luxury travel began almost 20 years ago after a backpacking adventure through Southeast Asia and Australia. He started as a worldwide travel consultant, designing trips across the globe, before choosing to specialise in Asia. Alongside his passion for creating exceptional journeys, Pete leads our sales team, making him the go-to for sales strategy and developing the next generation of travel specialists. Having recently returned from a six-week sabbatical through South Korea, Japan, Australia, Singapore, andpppp Thailand with his young family, he's also become our resident family travel expert.

Jenny Powles
Jen’s passion for travel has taken her to more than 45 countries across six continents, with an 18-month adventure after university travelling through Southern Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand becoming one of the defining chapters in her travels. Since then, she has continued to seek out new places, cultures and experiences, from iconic destinations to those well off the beaten track. Curious by nature, her first-hand experiences of the world continue to inspire her work at True Travel. With a natural eye for creativity and a love of bringing ideas to life, Jen has spent her career connecting people, stories and experiences. These days, she enjoys sharing that love of travel with her family and showing her children the world, one journey at a time.

Molly Pigott
Molly has been part of True Travel since its early days, growing alongside the company as it has evolved. As Global Account Director, she works across both our private client and B2B divisions, looking after high-net-worth travellers around the world while leading our travel advisor partnerships and European DMC offering. With a background in operations and extensive firsthand travel experience, Molly brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she does. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and advisor, using her knowledge and expertise to create journeys that feel deeply personal, effortlessly seamless and unforgettable from beginning to end.

Liberty Gilmour
Liberty’s love of travel has taken her from climbing Kilimanjaro and gorilla trekking in Rwanda to searching for snow leopards in Ladakh and exploring Italy, Spain and Portugal. Her passion for discovering new places led her into the travel industry, where she began as an East Africa safari specialist before moving into product, covering Europe and the Middle East. After three years in Boston, Liberty returned to the UK in 2020 and joined True Travel in 2024. Today, she brings extensive destination knowledge and a wealth of first-hand experience to every journey she creates.

Louise Stomboli
Louise has worked in the travel industry for more than 12 years, with over a decade specialising in ski travel, giving her extensive knowledge of destinations across Europe and the USA. When she's not crunching numbers, you'll most likely find her exploring Italy, soaking up the atmosphere of a bustling piazza with great food, a glass of wine and good company.
Central & South America Programme Manager
Evie Oswald
Evie's love of Central and South America began at just 14, when a family trip to Brazil sparked a lifelong fascination with the region. In 2011, she returned to explore Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and Colombia on an extended backpacking adventure, before settling in Buenos Aires for a year and a half. Along the way, she found an unexpected travel companion – a stray Labrador puppy she rescued from the streets of Colombia and bought back to the UK. Today, Latin America remains at the heart of both Evie's personal and professional life. Married to a Colombian and raising a bilingual daughter, she returns to the region regularly with her family. Her first-hand knowledge, years of industry experience and deep personal connection to the continent allow her to create journeys that reveal the very best of Latin America, both on and off the beaten path.

Peter first travelled to Africa in 2002, when a trip to South Africa's Eastern Cape as a young golfer sparked a lasting interest in the continent. Over the past two decades, he has travelled extensively, visiting 12 African countries (and counting) and developing a wealth of first-hand knowledge across the region.

Emily Beor-Roberts
For the last five years, Emily has put her meticulous eye for detail to work seeking out the road less travelled. Having honed her craft as a Travel Tailor, she now designs journeys across Europe, with an expertise that stretches from salmon fishing in the Scottish Highlands to the subtle differences between one Greek island and the next.

Abby O'Gorman
Having travelled to more than 38 countries, Abby is particularly drawn to destinations with a strong sense of place, from the slow-paced charm of Italy and France to the spectacular landscapes of Scandinavia and the Alps. A passionate snowboarder, she has a natural affinity for alpine regions, along with a love of exceptional food and wine, earning her WSET Level 2 qualification. Her curiosity and first-hand experiences shape every itinerary she creates, resulting in journeys that are as individual as the people taking them.

Alice Peden
Alice’s love for travel has taken her far and wide, from South Korea and Zimbabwe to Sri Lanka and Switzerland. After living and working in France, she discovered a passion for creating meaningful, tailor-made experiences, which ultimately led her to True Travel. Northern Irish born and bred, Alice is also our resident Ireland specialist, using her local knowledge and first-hand experience to craft unforgettable journeys across the island, from its iconic landmarks to lesser-known hidden gems. When she’s not in London planning clients’ travels, you’ll often find her in Mallorca, soaking up the sun and drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean way of life. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for thoughtful travel, Alice ensures every itinerary is carefully curated with authentic experiences that make each trip truly memorable.

Lottie’s love for travel began at a young age, and she has been fortunate enough to explore many incredible destinations around the world. Travelling has pushed her out of her comfort zone and helped her appreciate the importance of experiencing a destination through its culture, people and local traditions. She loves discovering authentic experiences and the small details that make each journey unique, bringing her passion, curiosity and first-hand knowledge to creating thoughtful, tailor-made holidays for her clients.

Born in Peru, David has always been drawn to discovering the world. His passion for travel began as a teenager, when he explored destinations as varied as Japan, Bulgaria and Ecuador, before leading him to a career as a tour guide across South and Central America. Today, based in London, David brings over 15 years of luxury travel experience, with a deep personal connection to Latin America and an unparalleled understanding of the region’s culture, landscapes and hidden gems.

Throughout her childhood, Liv was captivated by David Attenborough’s documentaries, with the incredible landscapes and wildlife she saw inspiring a lifelong passion for travel. Her adventures have taken her from hiking and sledging down Chile’s snow-capped Villarica Volcano to supporting elephant and lion conservation projects in Africa. After beginning her career living and volunteering across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Chile, Liv returned to the UK eager to share her experiences with others. At True Travel, she combines her detailed approach to trip planning with a passion for meaningful, responsible travel, creating journeys that encourage deeper connections with the people and places visited.

Having been fortunate enough to explore much of Europe throughout her childhood, Josie's curiosity for the world grew from an early age. After university, she ventured further afield, spending a post-graduate gap year living and working in Australia and travelling extensively through Southeast Asia. With a love for adventure and a passion for authentic, meaningful travel, Josie joined True Travel as a Travel Tailor, using her own experiences and knowledge to create memorable journeys and make a real difference to her clients' adventures.
