From Temples to Tropical Islands: - A Journey Through Indonesia
Fourteen days in Indonesia bring together ancient temples, rice terraces and time on some of the country’s quieter islands. In Yogyakarta, explore the region’s remarkable temple complexes before heading into the countryside, then continue to Bali for cycling, culture and the landscapes around Ubud. From here, fly to Sumba for five nights with little more to do than enjoy its beaches and tropical setting, with plenty of options for getting out and exploring. Return to Bali for a slower final few days in Seminyak, balancing time by the sea with good food, a sunset cruise and a visit to Uluwatu Temple.
