DAYS 1-3
Begin beside the Zambezi River at a riverside lodge, with sundowner cruises, fishing and wildlife along the riverbank. Explore Zambezi National Park, home to elephant, lion, leopard and rhino, before discovering the town of Victoria Falls and taking a walking tour to see the falls themselves.
DAYS 4-6
Fly into the Okavango Delta for the heart of your Botswana safari, with time to explore its waterways and abundant wildlife. Glide through the channels by mokoro, take a guided walk or game drive, then see this extraordinary ecosystem from above on a scenic doors-off helicopter flight.
DAYS 7-10
Fly across to the Makgadikgadi Pans, where stark, dry landscapes replace the Delta's waterways. Meet indigenous San people, spend time with habituated meerkats and search for black-maned Kalahari lions. Explore the ancient lakebed by quad bike and, if you wish, spend a night beneath the stars before flying home from Maun.
