Komodo National Park
Komodo dragons are what most people associate with Komodo National Park, the world’s largest living lizards, found nowhere else in significant numbers, but the waters here are just as remarkable as the land. Clear, current-swept seas and healthy coral reefs make this one of the best diving and snorkelling destinations in Indonesia, with manta rays a regular sighting on the right dive sites. Most visitors come for the dragons and leave talking about what they saw underwater instead.
