Maasai Mara Conservancies

The Maasai Mara delivers on its reputation, with wildlife on show throughout the year and rarely a disappointing game drive. Between July and October the Great Wildebeest Migration passes through, bringing river crossings, predator activity and some of the densest concentrations of animals anywhere in Kenya. For a first African safari it remains hard to beat, though we would always pair it with a quieter conservancy nearby to balance the Mara’s understandable popularity.
