Each itinerary starts with a blank canvas, the key to this is a phone call, or what we have coined: a ‘discovery call’. We want to know your likes, dislikes, your passions and your fears.
For us, this will stoke the flames of inspiration and for you, it will be the foundation of your journey to come.
A masterpiece has begun
Now, armed with your bespoke brief, our designers will put pen to paper. We select rooms, not just hotels. We select tables, not just restaurants. And we select seats, not just tickets.
This is the driving force of how we piece together your itinerary, resulting in an extraordinary experience, entirely inspired by you.
Once ready, your dedicated travel designer be back in touch with a link to the digital itinerary for you and your travel companions to view. Â
You are the north star
At the centre of everything we do is you and your loved ones. That is why your feedback is paramount to our design process.
We present to you the first iteration of your journey, and we listen. If we hear gasps of excitement, we build on it. If we hear notes of doubt, we revisit and reimagine. Our job is to bring your dreams to life, and we will only rest when that is complete.
Working with your travel designer, we’ll continue to iterate the itinerary until you are 100% happy with it.
At this stage all we will ask is for a deposit to secure the booking, the remaining payment is due 90 days ahead of the trip.
Down to a fine art
Once the masterpiece is complete, and you have begun counting down the days, the tailoring must begin. Now is the time we cross the t’s and dot the i’s. On hand are our team of Trip Tailors – think of them as your dedicated concierge.
They open the doors to your destination with bookings, reservations and ticketing. Whether it be for restaurants, spa treatments or baby-sitters – their black-book is an encyclopedia of global access.

Annabel naturally loved to explore Europe, even before embarking on her career in luxury travel. Having spent time working for some of London’s finest hotels, Annabel’s passion is to help others explore the region in comfort and style.
Felix has over 17 years experience designing trips to Africa and has travelled to many far-flung regions in the continent; visiting at least twice a year since his career began. He has regularly been to the prime safari locations in East and Southern Africa, as well as more diverse destinations including Ethiopia and Madagascar.
Emily has been using her fastidious organisation skills to seek the road less travelled for the last 5 years. Having fined tuned her expertise as a Travel Tailor first, Emily now designs trips across Europe. From the intricacies of salmon fishing in Scotland to the differences of islands in Greece, her expertise is ever expanding.
Evie has lived in Argentina and travelled countless times throughout Central and South America; acquiring a particular love for wildlife, epic scenery and endless outdoors adventures. Her geographical and cultural knowledge is second-to-none and Evie loves curating highly intricate trips to her favourite part of the world.
Molly grew up in Northern Ireland and spent her summers on the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland which inspired her love for all things Europe. Having visited almost every country in the continent, her knowledge of the luxury market in this region is unrivalled and her black book of contacts is the envy of the industry.
Pete has been working in the luxury travel industry for 15+ years and has spent the vast majority of that time creating extraordinary trips all across the Asia Pacific region. His travels range from Japan and New Zealand, to India and Antarctica; so he has a wealth of far reaching first hand experience to draw on when crafting itineraries.

Lottie has had a passion for travel, even from a young age and has been lucky enough to travel around the world. Visiting different destinations and getting exposure to different cultures has pushed her out of my comfort zone and helped her to appreciate local, authentic experiences. Taking these experiences, Lottie aims to make a difference to her client’s holidays as a Trip Tailor.
Liv began her career living and volunteering in South Africa, Chile and Peru. After falling in love with the vast array of landscapes, wildlife and cultures she returned to the UK excited to share her experiences. At True Travel Liv is able to merge her scrupulous approach to trip tailoring with conscious travel.
Alice grew up in Northern Ireland and worked in both France and Mallorca before joining the team as a Travel Tailor. Alice thrives in the details; making sure that every experience elevates each itinerary. A guru for all things concierge, she lives for finding the hottest new restaurant or gallery opening.
