For clients who travel regularly, we offer a dedicated Account Management service that takes a longer view. Rather than approaching each trip in isolation, we consider how your travel evolves over time – across milestones, shifting interests and changing dynamics.
Your Account Manager comes to understand how you like to move through the world – the rhythm that suits you, the standards you expect, the details that matter most. Working alongside our Travel Designers, who craft each individual itinerary, they ensure continuity so that each journey builds naturally on the last.
They also remain closely connected to our partners on the ground, ensuring you are recognised and prioritised throughout your travels. From preferred rooms and thoughtful touches to discreet advocacy when it matters, your experience is carefully elevated at every stage.
The relationship is also proactive. You may use your Account Manager as a sounding board long before a destination is chosen – whether shaping the year ahead, planning a significant celebration, or simply exploring what might be next.
With one consistent point of contact who knows your history and advocates for you thoughtfully and discreetly, nothing is reset and nothing is approached without context.
Molly joined True Travel in December 2015, when the company sold only Africa and the team could comfortably gather around one table. Over the past decade, her role has grown alongside the business, helping expand its reach into Asia, Europe and Latin America as it evolved into the global specialist it is today.
Her passport tells a similar story. From Antarctica to Argentina, from Norway to Namibia, Malaysia to Morocco, Molly has travelled widely – working closely with partners on the ground and experiencing first-hand the detail that quietly transforms a journey. That breadth of exposure has shaped her instinct for what truly elevates travel, and what simply looks good on paper.
Today, as Global Account Director, she leads True Travel’s long-term private client relationships, ensuring each journey feels considered, seamless and distinctly their own.
A: It means getting to know not just what you like, but why you like it – and then taking that information and translating it into curated experiences to be enjoyed around the world.
It means having one point of contact for all your travel queries and a sounding board for not just your immediate plans but the future too. You’ve always dreamed of seeing the Northern Lights, but where and when is the best time to go? Japan has sat on your bucket list for a while, but how long do you need and how far in advance should you plan it? You want your children to experience their first African safari, but what age should they be and how much should you budget? You’ve finally retired and are looking for that multi-country adventure trip where you can really spend time exploring, but where should you go and why?
It also means having someone ensuring you are recognised and prioritised throughout your travels. We work closely with our partners to secure preferred rooms, advocate for upgrades and amenities, and add thoughtful touches where they matter most. It is discreet, but deliberate – so your experience feels elevated at every stage.
A: Our regional specialists are experts in their destinations. Their focus is knowing their region and product deeply enough to craft exceptional individual journeys.
My role is different. I am a specialist in you. I see the broader arc of your travel, I can connect experiences across years, refine direction over time, and ensure nothing starts from scratch. That continuity allows for sharper recommendations and a more intuitive approach.
A: It always begins with a conversation. That might be over video, in person, or simply by phone – but even a short discussion can reveal a great deal.
If you have travelled with us before, we will also review previous journeys carefully. What exceeded expectations? What felt underwhelming? What surprised you? Over time, those insights form a clear understanding of your travel identity.
I also stay curious. If I know you are drawn to architecture, conservation, food, art, or a particular part of the world, I keep that in mind throughout the year. So when something genuinely relevant arises, I can share it with context rather than as a generic suggestion.
A: That’s actually one of the most valuable moments. We always take the time to debrief and reflect properly – whether with your Designer or with me. We want to understand what worked brilliantly, what we would refine, which guides stood out, whether the pace felt right. That feedback directly informs how we approach your next trip.
A: Often it’s about connecting dots. Sometimes I can see a natural progression – perhaps a move from classic African safari to a wildlife experience in South America, or from European summers to exploring a different season entirely. Other times it’s about timing. If I know a milestone is coming up, or that your children are about to reach the perfect age for a certain experience, I’ll raise it at the right moment. It’s never about pushing travel. It’s about introducing ideas that feel thoughtful, well-timed and aligned with where you are.
A: I think it’s the sense of being understood. You don’t need to reintroduce yourself every time you travel. You know someone is quietly thinking ahead on your behalf. It removes friction and creates ease. Over time, I’d hope that continuity builds trust – and that’s what makes the whole experience feel deeply personal rather than transactional.
